Backstage
The mission of Backstage is to support the members of the RYG as they
grow in faith. We do this by:
- Sharing our experience, expertise, talents and faith.
- Serving as role models and mentors.
- Using our experience to help young people to cope with life’s challenges,
affirming them as they experience both success and failure.
- Encouraging them to be responsible to the needs of others, both within
and outside their own community.
- Providing a safe environment in conversation and prayer.
In separate meetings of our own, we offer each other mutual guidance, support,
and fellowship in our relationships with young people.
