A director, administrative assistant, classroom teachers and assistants, chaplain, and music, art, gym and science teachers staff the school. Classroom teachers are all trained in the field of Early Childhood Education and are approved by the Maryland State Department of Education. They are encouraged to continue their professional training. Teacher-pupil ratio is low and classesare kept small.
